The Commerce Commission has published its draft report into personal banking services.
The Commerce Commission is now consulting on its draft market study report and recommendations into personal banking services. Personal banking services include current, deposit, and overdraft account services, and mortgages.
The Government encourages everyone interested to provide feedback to the Commission to help refine these recommendations.
The final market study report is scheduled to be published by 20 August 2024.
